This might be a somewhat lesser known white (at least here in the states) but damn is it tasty! Front loaded with stone fruit and citrus (on both the nose and palate), the wine's "fleshy-ness" and bright acidity keep things crisp and refreshing. The finish sticks around for a bit longer that you might expect.

  • Thanks to a series of odd coincidences, blind luck and a guy named Ryan, we ended up (once again) with the opportunity to work with what has become our favorite white grape out there. We're stoked to have this in the line up. After harvest and fermentation (all in stainless steel), the wine was aged for nine months. The final alcohol content is 11.2% by volume and a total of 104 cases were produced.
